Jennifer Ramos
Founder and CEO

Ramos HR Consulting is a minority and woman-owned business with over 40 years of combined HR generalist experience specific to the public sector, with expertise in multiple HR functions. 

 

We have worked with all levels of the public sector (state, county, city, community college, k-12 school districts, specialty districts, and more) on a wide range of human resources needs. We understand how the fundamental HR principles apply differently to each unique agency yet align with industry standards and best practices. Ramos HR is committed to helping organizations modernize their HR practices. 

Jennifer Ramos is the Founder and CEO of Ramos HR Consulting. She began her career in Human Resources 20 years ago. She has a successful history of working in the public sector and has held various HR roles at all levels. Ramos earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.

 

Ramos is committed to ensuring quality results and client deliverables. She is able to adapt to organizational needs with a practical and creative approach, which allows her to contribute valuable HR solutions.
